Mary is a Registered Psychologist who provides individualised and comprehensive psychological care to children, teens, and adults in an ethical, engaging, and collaborative manner. She has worked in education, private, and community health sectors to support clients manage issues involving anxiety, depression, challenging behaviours, emotion regulation, and social difficulties. Mary draws from the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy, client-centred therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, positive parenting, and play therapy to guide her therapeutic practice.

Mary strives to make the therapeutic process smooth for her clients by being warm and transparent. She believes that it is important for clients to feel heard and validated; accordingly, she aims to create a safe and welcoming space where clients can freely discuss and reflect on their experiences without feeling judged or shamed. Mary also works with clients to help them develop skills and strategies to foster resilience and manage their difficulties. Sessions are generally tailored to complement clients’ strengths, resources, personality, and feedback.

Days available: Monday (fortnightly), Tuesday and Wednesday. Saturday and Sunday
