Jessica is a fully registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Regulation Agency, with over a decade of experience. She has comprehensive experience helping adults & adolescents to work through a broad range of emotional and mental health issues. Her employment has included working with Headspace, schools, community health and private practice.
Jessica is particularly experienced in supporting adults and adolescents. Her interest areas include mood disorders/ Anxiety and Depression, Gut-Brain related issues (IBS), , Adjustment issues, Parenting issues, OCD, grief, life-stage issues, friendship issues and confidence. She enjoys working with adolescent girls and women particularly and helping them to grow and develop their confidence.
Jessica is trained across a broad range of therapies including but not limited to CBT, Brief Solution focused therapy, Trauma Therapy, Mindfulness, Strengths based positive psychology and DBT. Jessica tailors her approach using evidence-based therapies depending on the needs of you or your adolescent. Jessica has an interest in holistic approaches and believes the clients overall health
and wellbeing is important and allows this to further inform her approach to
facilitating the journey of self-discovery, healing and empowerment for her clients.
Jessica is known for delivering passionate, down to earth, warm, sensitive, client-centred, and in-depth evidence based psychological therapy.
