What is e-mindpower?

e-mindpower is Crookes Counselling & Consulting Service’s new video counselling service, created to make accessing mental health services easier for those unable to travel to our rooms in Werribee. e-mindpower allows you to have sessions with an experienced, qualified psychologist who will offer private, secure and confidential remote counselling.

Who can book in?

At this stage, e-mindpower is available with Anthony Stott and Gregory Riddett. If you are a current client, please contact us and we can arrange your video counselling sessions with you. If you have not attended our practice before, please contact us and our reception team will provide you with further information.

How does online counselling work?

We will assist you in setting up our video counselling program, and take you through the steps on how to use it at home. You will also receive a set of instructions to refer to for your sessions.

For online counselling sessions at home, please have your device set up and ready to go 5 minutes before your appointment time. Your counsellor will then send you an email request for you to access your video session.

What will I need?

  • A good quality personal computer, tablet or mobile device, with a working microphone and webcam
  • A stable internet connection
  • Access to a phone (in case of any internet issues)
  • Private quiet space with good lighting 

How much will it cost?

The cost of each e-mindpower session is $170, and will need to be paid prior to your appointment via credit/debit card or bank transfer.

If you choose to pay via credit/debit card, our reception team will contact you prior to your appointment to process the payment over the phone.

If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please advise reception at the time of booking so that they can provide you with bank details. Please note that bank transfer payments will need to be submitted 3 days prior to your appointment.
